Refund policy

We accept returns and exchanges up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Please note that returns and exchanges will need to be sent to the PO Box noted. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards, if offered.

To exchange, once your item is returned and received, the new item will be sent to you. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the item’s condition. One (1) free replacement is allowed, if that product is damaged upon arrival then a full refund minus shipping costs will be issued. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
